iop_test_driver test case 1.4.2 broken?

Description

ws4d_discoveryctx_dprobe() checks for a status code of 202 Accepted. But according to the  DPWS 1.1 specification the response uses "the same message pattern as defined by the ProbeOp? operation of the DiscoveryProxy? portType in [WS-Discovery]".

So it must be OK to respond with an empty ProbeMatches? message.
